By accessing and using the services of Steev Gran Moving Services ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Steev Gran Moving Services provides professional moving and relocation services throughout the United Kingdom, including:
All estimates provided are based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual services required, accessibility, and unforeseen circumstances.
Services are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and required deposit. We reserve the right to cancel services if payment is not received as agreed.
Changes to confirmed bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
A deposit of 25% of the estimated total cost is required to secure booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made more than 7 days before the scheduled move date.
Final payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, cheque, and major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date will incur a 1.5% monthly service charge on the outstanding balance.

Our standard liability coverage provides protection at £0.60 per pound of item weight. This covers damage or loss during the moving process.
Additional full value protection is available at an extra cost. This provides replacement value coverage for damaged or lost items.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be made or full refund provided.
All claims for loss or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery completion. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
We will investigate all valid claims promptly and fairly. Resolution may include repair, replacement, or monetary compensation based on our liability coverage.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government regulations.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
